Application and reporting deadlines
Applications are formally considered at Trustee meetings held in December, April and August of each year. This requires the submission of applications by the end of October, February and May respectively.

All progress reports for approved projects, should be submitted by e-mail to the director by the reporting deadlines shown in your individual contracts.
New applications should be submitted by the deadline shown in downloadable meeting schedule for the year. All applications should be submitted by e-mail to the director.
New applicants may be contacted after the date of the Projects and Research Committee meeting should any supplementary information or clarification be required before Trustees finally make a formal decision.
