Application and reporting deadlines
Applications are formally considered at Trustee meetings held in December, April and September of each year. This requires the submission of applications by defined dates in October, February and May respectively.
The schedule of meetings for 2025 are available to download here. Dates for 2026 will be issued in September 2025.
All progress reports for approved projects, should be submitted by email to the Executive Director by the reporting deadlines shown in your individual contracts.
New applications should be submitted by the deadline shown in downloadable meeting schedule for the year. All applications should be submitted by email to the Executive Director.
New applicants may be contacted after the date of the Projects and Research Committee meeting should any supplementary information or clarification be required before Trustees finally make a formal decision.
