MSc fieldwork and related travel costs

The Scottish Forestry Trust recognises that there are occasions when Masters students may require help with funding of fieldwork or travel costs linked to that fieldwork to maximize the opportunities gained from their course and that sources of such funding are limited.

The Trust has therefore decided to support fieldwork and related travel costs for Masters students undertaking programmes related to Forestry and Arboriculture in the UK.  Funding is available for both research and taught MSc Programmes. Funds are competitive and are available on a first come first served basis.

The Scottish Forestry Trust will normally indicate whether it will support the request within three weeks of receiving the application.
