A: The Trust invites applications in three major areas
Research: The Trustees will consider Project proposals in all sciences that bear upon forestry. The supervisor should normally submit applications, involving post-graduate degrees.
Education: Includes education within the forestry industry as well as education of the wider general public about forestry. Note the Trust is not a source of student support, except indirectly where the student is undertaking a post-graduate degree.
Training: The Trust may contribute to research in training needs and methods. The Trust does not fund industrial training.
